Try to raise the platform

Shelves! I need somebody
Another alternative is to use shelves. If the things you’re trying to protect are smaller in size, shelves are a viable option. Shelves are good for two reasons. First of all, they are shelves. Second, shelves are high enough so you can put your things on top of them, and you don’t have to worry about flooding at all.

If you want to protect storage against flooding, you can wrap your sensitive items
We recommend wrapping every water-sensitive item with few layers of plastic wrap and sticking it with few layers of sticking tape. After that, you can cover your belongings with nylon, and you can put your stuff on higher ground. Also, you need to pack your heavy items carefully, wrap them with some kind of protecting material, and raise them on a pallet(s).
